Nano-zinc oxide used in textile production, the use of following would be two methods:

1.The nano-zinc oxide mixed with the resin was processed into yarn, woven into fabric after blending. It applied to all textiles to achieve the anti-bacterial, anti-mildew and other functions. The bright spot of the method was persistent good.

2.Making Nano-zinc oxide into certain concentration of the dispersion using nano-zinc oxide catalyst dispersion process.The dispersion could be padding and finishing to the fabric. Padding rate of not less than 100%. And determine the drying temperature according to the nature of the fabric.
