vanadium dioxide（VO2）is a kind of thermochromatic material,whose metalsemiconducting phase transition temperature is 68℃。VO2 has the property of metal-to-semiconductor change.About the W-doped nanometer VO2 powder,its phase transition temperature will drop to near 25℃ and resistance mutations rate can attain 2 orders of magnitude or so.In high-and low-temperture,the specimen in the infrared ray transmissity also has an obvious change to prove that the specimen did occur the phase transition and specimen has an excellent optical swiching performance.
